Step by step relaxation
- As usual, lie on your back closing your eyes
- Start feeling your own weight and how it is setting on your feet, then sink them into the fabric of the bed.
- Fell knees and sense them sinking into the bed
- Move the sinking sensation upwards, towards your upper legs and torso, them move to your stomach, continue with your hands, face, neck and finally with your head. Feel every part pf you relaxing and sinking into the bed
Quiet ears
- Again lie on your back and close your eyes
- Relax your hands and place them over your head
- Place your hands on your ears making sure that you've blocked your hearing with your thumbs
- Relax hearing the high pitched sound for 15 minutes
- After the 15 minutes are over relax your hands and go to sleep
